Stadium Information
Fans may bring items such as smart phones, binoculars, and cameras (no detachable lenses), provided they are either carried or fit within the guidelines above. For more information about venue policies and prohibited items please click here.
Merchandise can be purchased in Fan Fest and in Charles Schwab Field located by sections 101, 113, 124 & 134. All points of sale will be cashless. Game programs can also be purchased in these sections and on the concourse.
The NCAA is committed to the health and safety of student-athletes, staff, and fans. Consistent with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention transmission-based precautions, fans are asked to do the following:
- <Stay home if you feel unwell or are experiencing COVID like symptoms.
- Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
- Wash hands regularly with soap and water or clean them with alcohol-based hand rub.
- Review COVID-19 Community Level and COVID-19 Prevention

In the event of a weather delay, fans should keep their game ticket.

If a fan is leaving the stadium during a weather delay, they should stop at a ticket gate to have their ticket scanned out by Charles Schwab Field Omaha staff.

Reserved and premium mobile seat ticket holders may exit through all gates and have their mobile ticket(s) scanned out.

If the game is halted and resumed the same day or continued the following day, fans will need the game ticket from the original game to re-enter the stadium for the continuation of play.

In the event of a total game postponement to the following day (meaning, the game did not begin at its scheduled time), fans should follow the game number listed on their updated mobile ticket.

There are no refunds on tickets as all games will be played.

TO RESOLVE ANY TICKET ISSUES, Fans should go to the Box Office near gate 2 on the corner of 13th and Mike Fahey streets.

Cameras ARE permitted for still photography and video for personal use, but lens length must be shorter than approximately one inch, and no additional detachable lenses will be permitted.

Umbrella strollers or strollers small enough to fit under stadium seats are permitted.

As a courtesy to your fellow spectators, fans will be asked to refrain from walking down aisles in the reserved seating areas during at-bats. Fans should walk down aisles to their seats between at-bats, between innings or during other breaks in play.

Carrying a concealed weapon is prohibited at Charles Schwab Field Omaha unless otherwise authorized by law. Violation of this prohibition is a criminal offense. Firearms and weapons cannot be checked into the security or guest services offices.

Small or clutch-sized purses or wallets, exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long are not permitted
- Large purses, bags, backpacks or fanny-packs will not be allowed inside the arena or stadium
- Seat cushions with pockets
- Bubbles or bubble making machines or apparatuses
- Bottles or cans; Food or Drink coolers, Yeti cups or coolers
- Outside food or drink (20 oz. or smaller empty, clear plastic bottles will be allowed for water)
- Large bags or back packs
- Frisbees or beach balls
- Large umbrellas
- Laser pointers
- Noise making devices of any kind (i.e. bells, whistles, horns, etc.)
- Fireworks
- Drones, anywhere on MECA campus
- Selfie sticks
- Hover boards
- Illegal drugs and alcohol
- Weapons of any kind, including lawfully concealed firearms
- Commercial signs or banners without the prior approval of Charles Schwab Field Omaha
- Any item deemed to challenge public safety

Which entrances are ADA accessible?
There is ADA access to Charles Schwab Field Omaha at three entrances. For an elevator, please use Gate 2, near the ticket windows, or the Suite/Club entrance located just south of Gate 1 on 13th Street. The Gate 3 ADA accessibility is via the ramp, located on the east side of the stadium.
Is there an ATM/Reverse ATM onsite?

The Charles Schwab Field Omaha concession stands are now cashless. There are two cash to credit machines available on the concourse.
